Make sure your admin has granted you access in the SpeakCRM admin console. If you're a new user, ask your admin to check the mobile access configuration.
Ensure the SpeakCRM app is installed and up to date on your iPhone. Check Settings > General > CarPlay and make sure SpeakCRM is enabled. If it still doesn't appear, try restarting your phone and reconnecting to CarPlay.
Verify that notifications are enabled for SpeakCRM in your device settings. Then check with your admin that platform events are configured and your user is included in the notification targeting.
Make sure you're logging in with admin-level permissions — a Salesforce System Administrator (Modify All Data) or a HubSpot super admin. Try clearing your browser cache and attempting the OAuth flow again.
