What do I need to get started with SpeakCRM?
You need a Salesforce org (any edition) and an iPhone or Android device. Your Salesforce admin connects your org through the SpeakCRM admin console, then reps download the mobile app and sign in with their Salesforce credentials.
Where do I download the SpeakCRM app?
SpeakCRM is available now on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Sign in with your Salesforce credentials after your admin has granted your Profile or Role access.
Does SpeakCRM work with CarPlay?
Yes. SpeakCRM is built for Apple CarPlay, so your reps can manage Salesforce completely hands-free while driving. It also works as a standalone mobile app on both iPhone and Android.
Is my Salesforce data secure?
Absolutely. SpeakCRM uses Salesforce OAuth for authentication, applies PII tokenization during AI processing, and does not persistently store your CRM data. All communication is encrypted in transit. Your data stays in your Salesforce org.
Can I control which users have access?
Yes. Admins can grant access by Salesforce Profile and Role from the admin console. You can also set seat limits based on your plan. System Administrators always have access and don't count toward seat limits.
What Salesforce editions are supported?
SpeakCRM works with all Salesforce editions that support the REST API and OAuth, including Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Do you support Agentforce?
Yes. Our Agentforce plan provides a voice interface to your existing Salesforce Agents. SpeakCRM connects to the Agentforce API so your reps can interact with your configured agents entirely by voice.
Can I use my own LLM API keys?
Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans support Bring Your Own Key (BYOK). You can use your own Anthropic or OpenAI API keys so that token costs go through your existing billing. Keys are stored encrypted and never exposed.
What are platform event notifications?
Professional plans and above can receive real-time push notifications driven by Salesforce Platform Events. Admins configure which events to subscribe to and who receives notifications — broadcast to all users, specific users, or dynamically matched by a field on the event.

Common Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for the most common issues.

"I can't log in to the mobile app"

Make sure your Salesforce admin has granted your Profile or Role access in the SpeakCRM admin console. If you're a new user, ask your admin to check the mobile access configuration.

"SpeakCRM isn't showing in CarPlay"

Ensure the SpeakCRM app is installed and up to date on your iPhone. Check Settings > General > CarPlay and make sure SpeakCRM is enabled. If it still doesn't appear, try restarting your phone and reconnecting to CarPlay.

"I'm not receiving push notifications"

Verify that notifications are enabled for SpeakCRM in your device settings. Then check with your admin that platform events are configured and your user is included in the notification targeting.

"The admin console won't connect to Salesforce"

Make sure you're logging in as a System Administrator. SpeakCRM requires admin-level permissions (Modify All Data) to set up the Salesforce connection. Try clearing your browser cache and attempting the OAuth flow again.
